CANCELLATION POLICY

THE HOUSE OF THEA reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so at our sole discretion, as per the circumstances requiring such an event to occur. The company shall ensure that the User shall be completely kept in the communication loop for any order cancelled us and a refund shall be made by the prepaid order.

In case of prepaid order cancellation by the User, THE HOUSE OF THEA shall reserve the right to provide the client credit for the amount or purchase other products in its place.
